DEADLINE TO REGISTER:  MARCH 13, 2013

REGISTRATION FEE:        $125.00 (covers cost of book, test & supplies)
                                                $ 60.00  (Proctor exam only for online course)


You must register in person at the Alleghany County Health Department.  Forms and payment due at time of registration.  You will be given your textbook when you register.  You can get a registration form from any of the above contacts.
