A lady stopped by this morning with a very interesting looking "berry" and asked if it was edible. She said she had found a tree at our local Skyline Telephone Office but no one seemed to know what it was. After a few calls and a little internet research we determined that it was a Chinese Dogwood. Turns out the fruit is apparently edible but more tasty to birds than to us.
